We are looking for "Regional Managers". They will be responsible for personal leadership, people development, and a focus on strong ex*****on business skills, and veterinary insights to lead and develop a team of veterinary professionals in a collaborative environment, achieving strong performance against company objectives. Regional Managers contribute to the development of regional strategies to support success of Zaghwan’s business. Through leadership, people development, and a focus on strong ex*****on, maximizes the impact of the regional team, which provides influence and education through internal coaching and training of field sales teams, customer interactions, customers engagement, and participation in industry events. Success will ultimately ensure Zaghwan as an innovative, and credible partner that is engaged with poultry, veterinary and pet care professionals to transform the lives of animals through superior vaccines, pharmaceuticals and nutrition.

Responsibilities:
Trains and coaches regional team members to drive effective ex*****on.
Clearly communicates Zaghwan’s commercial priorities.
Effectively manages team workload - plans, prioritizes, and assigns work in the region (e.g. support of customer events/meetings, regional Zaghwan’s events/meetings and conferences); contributes to development of customer coverage strategies.
Manages regional budgets and evaluates partnerships/spends to ensure strong return on investment.
Collaborates with Professional & Veterinary leadership team to develop tools and tactics to drive Key Thought Leader recommendation.
Provides opportunities for ongoing personal/career development for each team member.
Regional Managers collaborate with the Lines Sales Directors to execute regional strategies to achieve established objectives.
Develop tools and tactics to improve field team effectiveness (influence) and efficiency.
Provide professional insights and technical information to optimize Go to Market plans.
Accountable for driving sales, volume, share and brand recommended/used most often in the region.
Ensure internal teams in the region receive training and technical coaching, equipping them with the scientific knowledge needed for success.
Actively evaluate competitive activities in the region and identify “hot topics” in the profession, elevating issues, opportunities and insights to Zaghwan’s leadership.
Maintains relationships with and influences Key Accounts in the region; develops partnerships with associations and industry groups.

Qualifications:
Current, active Bachelor’s degree of Veterinary medicine.
6+ years’ experience in the same role.
History of successful performance in the same field and area.
Applicant age not more than 35 years.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
People management experience.
Excellent understanding of the biological industry.
Involvement in organized veterinary medicine/industry groups.

Responsibilities:
Maintains and utilizes expert product knowledge and highly effective selling skills in order to influence targeted animal health care professionals (AHCP) to support the use of promoted products.
Raises awareness and improve customer experience toward brands.
Executes brands strategies to ensure a consistent company sales and marketing message.
Analyzes territory information to optimize and create annual business plan for ex*****on.
Monitors local market conditions for changes that impact business.
Creates opportunities that meet both territory and brands tactics.
Completes all daily administrative responsibilities as directed by management.
Successfully completes all Sales Training requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of Veterinary medicine.
Minimum of 5 years poultry vaccines sales experience is must.
Applicant age not more than 30 years.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
History of successful performance in the same field and area.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Proven communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
