Immune Protocol 🤒 Copied from Charlotte Pulver. Thank you so much for this brilliant advice ❤️
Many people have been asking me for this, so here it is...
**IMMUNE PROTOCOL ~ A protocol for prevention and in case of symptoms.
This is the protocol I have given to NHS frontline workers and to clients seeking assistance with C-19 since March 2020. It has helped many & is simple to follow.

Meanwhile every one here is the outline of the protocol in full:
How to take? ~ everything to be taken with meals, except the Liposomal Vitamin C. It is best taken on an empty stomach before meals.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
**Vit C: is very helpful in assisting immune resilience, and dealing with heavy viral loads. It is helpful to take liposomal Vitamin C which is the best absorbable Vitamin C on the market. I recommend taking Liposomal Vit C when you are at work/out in the world/ around lots of people and in case of onset of symptoms. When not at work/out in the world/around alot of people you can use the Vit C capsule. This helps to save on cost. Vitamin C has a short half-life in your body so you need to take it throughout the day.
Preventative:
- If at work/out in the world/around lots of people where you feel you have been on the receiving end of a high viral load: 1-2g a day – spread through the day - morning, mid-day and evening
- Not at work/out in the world: 1g a day
Symptoms:
Immediately take 3g at once in onset of symptoms. Then after….
- Mild symptoms: 3-6g a day– spread through the day - morning, mid-day and evening
- Acute symptoms: 1g every hour
(Notes on products: The best quality Liposomal C is in liquid form not capsule. When taking non liposomal C, ascorbic acid is the one to take in 1,000mg capsules. Alot of Vit C is made from GMO corn, so do your research)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
**Vit D: plays a critical role in promoting immune response. It has both anti-inflammatory and immune-regulatory properties and is crucial for the activation of immune system defences.
Preventative - 1 x 5,000IU capsule every day
Onset of Symptoms - Loading dose of 1 x 25,000 IU (4 caps) for 1 day. Then take 5,000 IU 1 x capsule a day then after
(Notes on products: Take Vitamin D3, starting in a capsule form of no less than 4,000IU per capsule)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
**ZINC: helps to regulate the immune system.
Preventative: 15mg a day - 1 x capsule (15mg)
Symptoms: 30mg a day. - 2 x capsules
(Notes on products: Zinc citrate or zinc glycinate. Seek one out which is easily absorbable)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
**MEDICINAL MUSHROOM mix of Reishi, Cordyceps with Ashwagandha: Clinical studies have shown that medicinal mushrooms help increase our innate adaptive immune response to a range of pathogens including viruses. This is the best blend to take for C-19. It inhibits viral replication and has protective properties in it for the lungs, heart and kidneys. Ashwaghanda is calming, excellent for nourishing the nervous system and dealing with high stress levels.
Preventative: - 2 capsule a day (1 x breakfast & 1 x lunch)
Symptoms: - 4 capsules a day (2 x breakfast & 2 x lunch)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
**ESSENTIAL OILS: Some oils naturally have anti-microbial properties and can be immune supportive. The nose is the entry point for the C-19 virus so it is helpful to coat the nostrils with a diluted oil for protection.
Do your research on a good antiviral blend. Add one drop to a base oil of choice, mix and coat the inside of your nostrils in the morning and at night, especially before going to work and coming home. Also, rub onto your neck, collarbone and sternum.
I work with one of the founders of the Tisserand brand who have made an amazing frontline oil blend which comes with an inhaler and good instructions of how to use. If you would like these details, follow the details as explained in the top of this post.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
**HOMEOPATHY: has been used in pandemics for centuries to much success.
~ Arsenicum 30c is a great one to take for prevention and for keeping calm in the midst of this pandemic. 1 x day
~ Arsenicum 30c and Aconite 30c - take 1 every hour in onset of symptoms.
Call up Ainsworths free helpline if you want 1:1 advise and individual remedies according to your symptoms sent to you: +44 (0)20 7935 5330
-----------------------------------------------------------------
**DIET: organic or wild foods as much as possible. Whole grains, no white sugar. Regular sunlight if you can.
