✅ Desired Skills & Qualities:
▪️ Manage reception and waiting areas, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
▪️ Respond to phone and email enquiries, and manage patient appointment calendars.
▪️ Communicate patient needs to doctors and facilitate patient appointments, medical tests, and reminders.
▪️ Perform patient registration and billing, and process payments.
▪️ Receive and welcome patients, assist them through the consultation and treatment process, and also provide general procedure and cost information.
▪️ Aid in translating doctors' instructions and recommendations into the local language for patients.
▪️ Organize and maintain physical patient records effectively.
▪️ Work consistently to improve patient experience and satisfaction, and guide the patients to provide feedback.
▪️ Work as a team for MIOT International (SC) Pvt. Ltd. in the planning of the smooth operation of all areas of business.
▪️ Willing to work from Monday to Friday and half-day on Saturdays.
