DaisYoga Yoga Instruction Has Ended
*******Happily RETIRED******* Beginning- to intermediate-level yoga instruction.

Instructor is a graduate of the 3-year "Advanced Studies in Yoga" program at The Yoga Room in Berkeley, CA, which qualifies for the Yoga Alliance "Registered Yoga Teacher-500 Hour" certification. Daisy's methodology draws from the Iyengar tradition with its emphasis on proper alignment and safe practice, but also incorporates elements of flow styles such as Ashtanga and Anusara. Daisy also was awarded the title of "Yoga Siromani" (or Teacher of Yoga) from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre when she completed its Teacher's Training Course.
