🌿 We’re Hiring: Administrative & Operations Coordinator
Victoria Aesthetic Clinic – Mahe, Seychelles
Join Seychelles’ only medical aesthetic clinic as our key administrative lead! We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional to manage the non-clinical operations of our growing practice.
✅ Your Responsibilities:
• Manage physicians schedule and the clinic’s master calendar (treatments, consultations, follow-ups)
• Handle front desk reception: greet clients, manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins
• Oversee inventory & stock control (medical supplies, skincare products, disposables)
• Process bookings, payments, and post-treatment follow-ups
• Maintain client records and ensure data privacy compliance
• Coordinate with therapists and medical staff for seamless daily operations
• Support marketing initiatives and client retention efforts
• Liaise with local authorities on all clinic-related matters
• Ensure timely renewal of business licenses, health permits, and regulatory documents
• Support staff onboarding, including work permits, contracts, and compliance paperwork
✅ You Have:
• Proven experience in administration, preferably in healthcare, spa, or premium service environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital tools (calendar apps, WhatsApp Business, basic CRM)
• Discretion, reliability, and a calm, professional demeanor
