Beginners welcome, regulars welcome, anyone with a body, welcome 🖤

In our classes together we work on both your mobility (moving your joints with control) and flexibility (stretching your muscles). Why do you need this? So you can move better in life and feel more free in your body ☺️

We also shake out tension, flow in vinyasa and spend time resting in shavasana & sound healing.

Come as you are, no yoga experience needed. I’ll gently guide you through each movement with supportive cues.
