“A deep exhale for the body & nervous system”
Signature Treatment - Resonance Therapy (60 mins)

This is for you if you’re feeling:

• tired
• wired (you’re on edge, snappy, tense)
• overwhelmed
• have a heavy mental load (head, eyes, forehead feel “full” or heavy)
• disconnected
• craving deep rest / just want to relax

Resonance Therapy is a deeply personalised sound healing session I have designed to help your nervous system and body to soften and let go.

We begin with a gentle sound bath allowing the mind to slow, the breath to deepen and the body to feel safe enough to rest.

Then Himalayan singing bowls are placed directly on different parts of the body, letting deep vibrations travel where they need to go.

It’s like a deep sound massage.

The session closes with gentle tuning forks to support balance and help you transition back.

This session can be for two people, but 1-1s are always better as you can have more bowl-to-body time 🌿

Śavāsana, or the Co**se pose is the final pose after your asana practice.

“Lying upon one’s back on the ground at full length like a co**se is called Śavāsana. This removes the fatigue caused by the other asanas and induces calmness of the mind”

- Hatha Yoga Pradipikā

This asana is the only pose that requires no effort.

The purpose here is to imitate a co**se, the body remains still and there are no movements. By remaining motionless & still while you are fully conscious, you learn to relax.

Savasana is said to be harder than advanced postures because it is much harder to keep the mind still than it is the body.

BKS Iyengar prescribes Śavāsana for:

• fatigue
• anxiety & stress
• illness & recovery
• emotional imbalance

Practical tip:

If you are feeling tense, burnt out or wired during the day at work or at home, take a Śavāsana on the floor for 10 minutes.

• soften your face
• scan your whole body and notice the tense parts
• consciously disengage your muscles and relax

It’s a reset button.
