We love exploring fun, new and innovative ways to discover your yoga practice and teaching skills. We offer a combination of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, with some added styles to challenge each individual according to their own needs and desires. Yoga sessions to Private Clients either offered as one-on-one or in groups as per arrangement. Open Classes available at Eden Island for Residents only. Open and Private Classes at the H Resort, Beau Vallon and Bliss Hotel. Private Sessions available at the comfort of your home upon booking.
