شاب بعمر 25 سنة،كان لديه اسهالات منذ حوالي اسبوعين.
بعد تراجع الاسهالات راجع المشفى بقصة الم و تورم بالركبة اليسرى والكاحل مع تشكل آفات جلدية في راحة اليدين واخمص القدمين
ماذا قد يكون السبب في رأيك؟

SLE :-It is one of the most famous autoimmune diseases where the immune system produces antibodies to many tissues and cells in the body hence the name of the systemic system as it is not limited to a specific type of tissue only but attacks different cells and tissues SLE may cause diseases of the joints blood vessels skin lung liver kidneys nervous system and heart Women are more susceptible to the disease especially between 20-45 years old but it can affect all age groups including newborns

Symptom:-

Feeling sick and tired
High temperature
Anorexia
Joint and muscle pain
mouth ulcers
Redness in the face takes the shape of a butterfly
Excessive sensitivity to light
Infections of the lining of the heart and lungs

Treatment:-
There is no cure for SLE But lifestyle changes and certain medications can help control it which include Pain relievers Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs Immunosuppressive drugs

Tetanus disease :-

مرض تسببه بكتيريا لا هوائيه اسمها Clostridium tetani

_العيان لو اتصاب بجرح بتدخل البكتيريا الجسم وتكون spores ودي مقاومه للحراره والتجفيف والغليان

_البكتيريا تنتج سم اسمه tetonospasmin
وده الي مسؤل بشكل كامل عن التنشجات الي بتحصل ف العضلات وممكن تكسر العظم &الم شديد جدا

_السم ده بيتحرك عن طريق الأعصاب ويوصل الحبل الشوكي ويرتبط بالجهاز العصبي وده بيكون من ٢لي ١٤يوم

Types :

_Generalized tetanus
بيكون ف تشجنات ف جميع عضلات الجسم

_Cephalic tetanus

ناتج عن الاصابه ف الراس وده بيأثر ع العصب السابع

_Localized tetanus

بيؤثر ع عضله واحده او مجموعه عضلات ف منطقه واحده

_neonatal tetanus

بتكون نتيجه الاصابه بالبكتيريا اثناء الولاده

ـ اي جرح للاسف ممكن تدخل منه البكتيريا

_العيان بيجي بصداع

العلامه المميزه ليه اسمها Trismus العيان فيها بيعضي علي عضلات الفك وتنقبض

بيحصل شد ف عضلات البطن والرقبه وبعدين ف جميع الجسم
بيحصل للعيان توتر وهياج وقرح ف المعده
العيان عنده صعوبه في البلع وبيخاف من بلع المياه فبيحصل سيلان لعاب
العيان ده لو اتعرض للضوء أو ضوضاء خفيفه بيتشنج ووممكن يحصل ليه جلطــات ف جسمه

العيان ده بيتشخص Clinical

بس ممكن نعمل تحليل اسمه strechnine poisoning
وفحص اسمه Spatula test
العيان لو دخلت tongue depressor ولمست posterior wall of pharynx
العيان ح يعض علي الـ Spatula

Treatment :

_نديه Metronidazole
_tatanus immunoglobulin

_tetanus toxiod.
