Image no. 1 showed anterior abdominal wall defect with stomach and other abdominal content outside through Transverse view.
The image no. 2 showed the same but through a sagital view.
The image no. 3 showed 3D of the mass of abdominal content and clenched hand
Diag. Omphalocele leading to polyhyderominous with clenched hand. Amniotic fluid taken for karyotyping and T18 was confirmed.

:D_ Meckle Gruber syndrome
Characterized by triad of:
1)occipital encephalocelle (60-80%)
2)renal cystic dysplasia (large polycystic kiddney 95-100%),is the most constant and Characteristic feature of MGS.
3)Postaxial polydactyly (55-75%),its the most variable feature of MGS.
