The case of today in Alsaeed Dental Clinic is male patient 40 year old coplain of pain related to area of upper left wisdom tooth , extraction done and the tooth hange with him a supernumerary one distally leed to a v. difficult extraction, 3 stitches done alhamdulla done safty with out fracture

مريض رجل يبلغ ٤٠ سنه اتي عيادة السعيد بالم بمنطقة ضرس العقل العلوي ناحية اليسار
تم له الخلع بصعوبة و كان ضرس كبير الحجم و متماسك مع ضرس إضافي صغير خلفه وتمت الخياطه بثلاث غرز ولم يحصل كسر في الضرس... الحمد لله والشكر لله 💚❤️🌷🌹🌿

Very difficult extraction of lower 1rst molar right side with 4 t***s 2 fuse together one fine carve root and one very long root with big round hyper cementoma at the end of the root.....
Alhamdu lilah finish safely with out fracture and the procedure take 3 hour 😍
