Hi my name is Sherri and I am a personal trainer, nutritional advisor, running coach and fitness instructor. My story starts back when I used to want to be a fashion model and I suffered with body dysmorphia, so I tried every diet under the sun to get thin. After a lot of research I became aware of what worked and what didnt very quickly. In the winter of 2014 I started to have health problems tha

t made me look at the way I approached food and health. I embarked on a positive health journey and never looked back! Doing a tough mudder and becoming qualified in Nutrition, it has given me a passion to help others conquer their poor relationships with food like I did all those years ago. Last Tuesday Morning Reshape at SJW!

TOUGH MUDDER INFINITY 2025

45km, 60 obstacles, only 8 fails πŸ’ͺ🏾

I can honestly say this was the hardest event I've ever done, but I had so much fun doing it!

All of us have our "thing" when it comes to fitness, but if we enjoy something, we can get disheartened the moment it becomes a little bit challenging.

I want to motivate you today to do what you need to do, especially if it's hard!

You will thank yourself for it after ❀️

Today's run is done and it felt sooo good!!

While I was running I was thinking about my "smaller fitness goals" (stretch 15 mins a day)

On insta we see a lot of people training for big events: long runs, hyrox, triathlons etc but for most people they are still getting started and training for those events can feel so daunting.

We really want to dream big but start small!!

If your goal is to run a 5k then focus on a 5min run

If your goal is to go to the gym to strength train, start with a quick YouTube workout to build confidence

If your goal is to do a big event, you could find someone who has done that event and ask them questions

Just take the first step, Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is your fitness journey!!
