As a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Solution Focused Therapist I use a therapeutic approach that focuses on helping you with your issues in a fast and

effective way so that you can start to feel better quickly. Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Stress can be debilitating conditions that make you feel trapped, helpless and hopeless. The good news is that all of the above conditions respond especially well to hypnotherapy. I will stay with you and guide you every step of the journey. Together we will get you to feel and think differently; you will regain access to that creative, problem solving part that has been temporarily shut off; you will also learn about the importance of meeting your basic emotional needs and how to fulfil those needs in a healthy way. We will work to switch off those worries and anxieties by giving you the tools and skills to enable you to deal with issues in a quick and effective way. When you know what your condition really is, what it takes to sustain it and how to break it’s chains then you gain the power over it so there will be no more room for it in your future life. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a peaceful place—a forest, a beautiful beach, perhaps somewhere you have been before or a place that exists only in your mind and focus on the details: the sounds, the colours, the feeling of being there. Allow yourself to fully be there. Just a few moments of meditation can create a shift, bringing you back peacefulness, grounding and instant mood lift.
