I WAS DOING SO WELL.
I took notes. I paid attention but now I'm back at my desk, staring at some incoherent squiggles, wondering what on earth I was doing with the last hour of my life 🥺
Nothing more frustrating when you manage to control the ADHD urge to zone out than when your short-term memory lets you down 5 minutes later 🤷🏼♀️
