準備好炒米茶俾朋友十二迎接新成員。
朋友有妊娠糖尿病（Gestation diabetes )所以用Jasmine rice + brown rice + black rice 膽。

而家炒定放涼，入茶包再真空備用。
另準備好𣏌子、紅棗、圓肉、黨蔘到時接身體狀況再加入炒米茶。

Bondslane成立初衷源自英國陪月難求，自由市場沒有監管，質素成疑。基於我們的護理背景及知識，我們希望能建立一個客觀平台為產檢後提供有質素的陪月員配對。

近年許多香港夫婦移居英國，基於不同原因，家中長老沒有跟隨移英，再加上缺乏家傭幫忙，新手父母的育兒之路面對重重考驗。相對有了陪月的幫忙，他們的功能彰顯，多功能性也被肯定。陪月員是專業的產後護理員和顧問，並且是烹調美味月子餐的能手。陪月服務的需求已經不再局跟於亞洲女性，而是廣泛於英國家庭，Postpartum Doula 開始在英國廣泛地為人所認識。

現代女性更着重產後休養、營養飲食和身心健康，希望讓身體機能有效地復元及返回職場工作。隨著服務需求增加，我們接觸更多來自不同文化背景的客人和家庭，逐步推廣產後護理到不同的種族文化。

The founders of Bondslane recognise the difficulty in finding a confinement doula in the UK. The doula market is not regulated, and the quality of solo doulas is difficult to verify. Based on our nursing background and knowledge, our aim is to establish a fair and objective platform to provide quality doula matching when a woman is preparing for childbirth.

Many Hong Kong couples have relocated to the UK in recent years. For different reasons, the elders of the family did not follow the move to the UK. Due to the lack of domestic help, the new parents have faced the multiple challenges of parenthood alone. A confinement doula is a professional postpartum caregiver and consultant, and is often a specialist in cooking delicious and nutrituous confinement meals. The demand for confinement doula services is no longer limited to that of Asian women, and interest is increasing amongst British families. The role of a Postpartum Doula has begun to be widely recognised in the UK.

Modern women pay more attention to postpartum recuperation, nutrition, plus physical and mental health, hoping to recover more effectively and be better prepared for when they need to return to work. With the increasing demand for services, we are now regularly contacted by clients and families from different cultural backgrounds and as a consequence we are gradually promoting postpartum care to different ethnic cultures.

In order to let more people know about our services, we relaunched and revamped Bondslane’s bilingual website, hoping we can reach more families in the UK.
