Whole food plant based diet is the key for healing inflammation. I craved some bread and baked my own bagels. Ingredients below:

βœ… 1/4 cup
βœ… 1/4 cup
βœ… 1/4 cup
βœ… 1tsp
βœ… 1 tsp

Mix all the ingredients, add 1 cup water, make the rolls and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Enjoy your bread πŸ’œ
