The foods I’ve been enjoying in my calorie deficit lately 🍓
🍗 my favourite part of summer is the evening barbecues, because it’s all about balance
🍑 low fat yoghurt, fruits & a drizzle of melted chocolate for a little sweet pick me up, that’s low in calories but high in antioxidants
🦐 a new recipe I’m going to posting soon, but this garlic prawn pasta was 10/10. High in protein to keep you feeling fuller for longer
🥩 slow cooker creamy bolognese because we can still have hearty meals when it’s hot right? Tell me I’m not the mad one here lol
🍫 the occasional protein bar to hit my goal, even when I can’t be bothered to make something more substantial. These ones from are one of my favs
