It’s really important to find ways to gently and forgivingly manage your mental wellbeing. However, this needs to be balanced with not beating yourself up for having bad days, which are very natural as well. And while there is no simple or trite one-size-fits-all solution, here are some approaches that you can try:

1 - Be mindful of how you are talking to yourself
2 - Take it one day at a time
3 - Find ways to express how you're feeling
4 - Explore how you can live life despite your illness
5 - Connect with a therapist
