💥 Wellness Workshop Announcement 🪷
Somatic Coach supporting those preparing for birth, birth debriefing, and those witnessing birth
There is infinite wisdom flowing through our bodies.
A busy thinking brain can often dampen our connection to that wisdom and reduce our ability to know it, or hear it.
In this workshop, you will be guided, to the level you are comfortable with, to drop into the wisdom of the body, and suspend the thinking mind.
This is potent work, and this introduction will leave you with a greater understanding of your felt sense experience - which is the most ancient and intuitive experience we hold.
Move beyond the thinking and emotional experience of being for this hour and witness what emerges for you.
This is a no-touch somatic workshop, working with the body and the nervous system. It is not appropriate for anyone who has experienced a traumatic life event, including a traumatic birth experience, within the last 6 months.
Limited spaces, book early to avoid disappointment.
