Easter can be a beautiful blend of rest, reflection—and let’s be honest—a few chocolate eggs. And you know what? That’s completely OK.

In menopause, we often feel pulled in so many directions when it comes to food, health, and energy. But being kind to ourselves includes allowing a little joy—yes, even in the form of a treat or two.

No guilt. No overthinking. Just balance.

So if you’re tucking into a hot cross bun or savoring a chocolate bunny this weekend, enjoy it. Fully. You’re not “falling off” anything—you’re living.

Why I do this work

There’s a moment in every woman’s life where things begin to shift.

The body changes.

The mind feels foggier.

Emotions stir in unfamiliar ways.

It can happen gradually—or feel like being hit by a ton of bricks.

And often, we don’t fully understand what’s going on.

That challenge—real, raw, and often invisible—is what led me here.

I began working in menopause support over a decade ago, helping to train doctors internationally on hormones and to help provide more women with access to body-identical (bio-identical) treatment.

But more recently, my work became deeply personal.

I went through an early menopause brought on by surgery—a sudden and life-altering transition. Because I’m unable to take HRT, I had to navigate it without the support many women rely on.

That combination—professional insight and lived experience—is what fuels the work I do now.

I know how hard it can be to walk this path alone. And I believe this phase of life deserves so much more care.

Sometimes, the support we need is physical—HRT options, supplements, lifestyle changes. Other times, it’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and reimagine what we want for ourselves.

Menopause can be confronting, yes—but it can also be a gateway to deep growth.

Whether you’re approaching menopause naturally, surgically, with HRT or without— you deserve to be supported, heard, and understood.

Every woman’s menopause journey is unique.

It can be overwhelming, with so much conflicting information about what’s right—whether it’s hormone replacement therapy (HRT), supplements, exercise or diet.

It can feel like navigating a minefield and leave you feeling exhausted. This is why I’m so passionate about helping women reconnect with their inner power and listen to their own bodies.

We all have an innate ability to tune in and trust what our bodies are telling us about what we need—and this applies not just to menopause but to every area of our lives.
Menopause is an incredible time to focus on YOU. To prioritize your health, your well-being, and your peace of mind.

It’s the weekend!! 💫🌼

It’s so easy during the to worry about what we eat, chastising ourselves at the weekend for eating more, consuming different foods, and potentially being outside of our normal routine.

This only kills the joy and defeats the object.

I say if you’re going to do it, eat from your heart 🩷 and enjoy it!!!
