Feel Your Wild Yoga invites you to leave your inhibitions and any form of self judgement behind as soon as you step on the yoga mat. Annabelle will guide you through a gentle Vinyasa flow practice with the aim of you leaving the class feeling strong and nourished in body, mind and spirit. Inspiration for the classes is drawn from music, the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air, the Chakra system and personal practice.
