Did you know that cauliflower is a vegetable that kids can love love?
My favourite children's vegetables is defiantly Cauliflower, especially when it is oven baked.
From baked cauliflower, to breaded cauliflower.
If you expose them to it - they will love it!
Cauliflower is a part of the cruciferous vegetable family (like kale, cabbage etc) which means it is super-duper healthy veggy.
Cauliflower is high in Vitamin C- one portion of it will give you enough vitamin C for the day. It is also high in fibre - which will help your gut with digestion.
Also high in Vitamin B- which help with energy in the body, and low in calorie which helps with weight loss.
Why not give it a try? I know I would.
