Being a creative comes with unique challenges- performance anxiety, rejection, and creative burnout can take a toll.

Here are a few tips to help you manage:

1. Performance Anxiety: Ground yourself before any performance with deep breathing exercises. Visualize success, and remember, perfection isn't the goal-connection is.
2. Dealing with Rejection: Rejection is part of every creative journey. Allow yourself to feel it, but don't let it define your worth. Seek feedback, reframe failure as growth, and move forward with resilience.
3. Creative Burnout: Take time to rest and refuel your creativity. Step away from your craft and engage in activities that inspire you-nature walks, meditation, or simply doing nothing at all. Rest is productive too.
