Let 2025 take you from traumatic to transformative.

If Christmas has been hard and you know you need to make changes in 2025, whether you’re already on the path to divorce or you’re just getting started, the greatest gift we can give ourselves in these times is knowledge of what’s to come, tools to keep us centered and calm, and support from people who truly understand.

So join us on Jan 22nd to help us help you to:

✹Navigate your separation and divorce with grace, integrity and understated empowerment.

đŸ™đŸ» Preserve your health and well-being – both physically, mentally and emotionally.

đŸ’« Embrace optimism, nurture hope, and summon confidence - perceive this moment as the gift it truly can be.

Despite 50% of marriages ending in divorce, it can often feel like the loneliest experience you’ve ever been through.

đŸ«‚It doesn’t have to.

Join our free workshop ‘How To Stay Sane During Your Divorce’.

Feel armed and empowered with some new techniques to help you regulate your nervous system if it gets triggered during your divorce journey.

Learn how to decide what’s important and worth negotiating (or even fighting) for and perhaps more importantly, what’s not.

A safe space to release a river of emotions, without being re-traumatised or triggered.

💕Kids, house, finances - we’ve got you covered.

Join us in our 1 hour sanity-saving session to give you the knowledge and tools to navigate through your divorce with as much ease and flow possible in these challenging times.

Our FREE Workshops take place on:

Today's post from us at Family Flow tells us how to survive Christmas if you're still with your difficult spouse or partner.

More coming soon for surviving when out of the relationship because an abuser doesn't usually stop just because you leave them, or even if it's them who leave you - they still want to punish you. Sometimes it's only then that you really find out who they are and what they're capable of.

We're here for it whatever your situation, please reach out in the DM's at any time or you can always email me hello@familyflow.co.uk.

At this time of year relationships can be especially hard, but a relationship with a narcissist can be impossible.

The pressure to have a ‘happy family Christmas’ is huge.

It’s easy to think “things will be different this year” or maybe even if you’re heading towards waking up to your situation, “this Christmas is the last chance’“.

Be aware that at this time of year, many of us will be more vulnerable and more insecure than usual.

Here’s some tips on how to survive this Christmas.

AND, because we know how hard this time of year can be, we have created a short and special Calming Christmas EFT practice for you - link in bioâ€ŠđŸŽ„đŸ™đŸ»đŸ’–

When it comes to difficult relationships, separation and divorce there are often toxic personality traits at play.

At Family Flow we work with women at any stage of relationship difficulties, from ‘struggling in it’ to ‘recovering from it’.

For those still ‘in it’, Christmas🎄with someone who displays narcissistic traits can heighten feelings of vulnerability and insecurity.

Be mindful of the cycle of narcissism, including love-bombing.

If

Remind yourself of what you have survived so far:

💕What has been thrown at you to try to bring you down but left you still standing?

💕How many times have you continued to be an amazing mother, daughter, sister? A loyal friend, an effective employee?

💕 What can you take from your experiences no matter how negative they may be, to prove to yourself how resilient you are?

Keep realistic expectations and celebrate your strength.

Protect you this festive season.

Another festive season 🎄has crept up on me (Susie), or maybe hurtled is a better word to use.

This year I’m slowing things down, and seeking new things to enjoy.

But this time last year things were very different.

I lived for 4 weeks in my friend’s garden studio with a pull-down double bed, a sofa bed, 3 children and a dog.

A situation forced upon us by nature of our very bonkers divorce, a last-minute house sale and a difficult rental market.
