Death and The Devil appearing in your tarot reading is not scary. There are many misconceptions about these two cards which make a lot of people nervous about readings.

Death card - The 13th card in the Major Arcana. The death card does not indicate death. It indicates change, closed doors and a cut off from negative emotions! It’s a water element card that indicates letting go.

The Devil - The 15th card in the Major Arcana. Indicates negative emotions, a sign for change. Signals mental health, abusive behaviour or relationships. This card can show you that it is ok to not be ok but is it is not ok to stay where you currently are.

A little bit about me and why I decided to learn tarot.

I’m 22 and studying at university, during lock down I came across a lady on Instagram who done tarot and guides on how to learn them, I was definitely fascinated! I took the plunge and brought my first ever pack of cards which allowed me to practise on myself before moving on to family members and friends.

I found the cards extremely helpful to guide me in how to make secure choices, I found that I was relating to my life experiences within the cards and how they resonated to me and once practising on others I decided that this is something I really love to do.

I currently practise a three spread and five spread card, this allows me to help you gain an insight in to your life moving forward or even how your past experiences will reflect on your future. It’s all about an outside perspective.

Please try to remember that Tarot cards are not a definitive answer and things can change, it’s best to ask open end questions rather than yes/no ones as the cards won’t be able to work to their full potential.
