Yoga isn’t just about poses - it’s about pausing.

Today is , and whether you’ve never tried it or it’s your go-to mental reset, this is your reminder to slow down and reconnect.

Yoga helps us:
- Ease stress
- Release tension from long hours at our desks
- Regain focus
- And most of all — just breathe

You don’t need a mat, flexibility, or an hour of free time.
Sometimes, yoga looks like:
✔ A deep breath between emails
✔ A gentle twist in your office chair
✔ Noticing how your body feels right now

So today, give yourself a moment - even just one - to move with intention, allowing yourself to pause and find balance & peace.

Let’s celebrate 10 years of International Yoga Day, created by the UN to honor yoga's global impact on health, peace, and harmony.

Happy International Day of Yoga!🧘🏻‍♀️

Tomorrow is Global Wellness Day — a worldwide reminder to stop, breathe, and reconnect.

This year’s theme, , invites us to slow down and find our way back to what matters:
- Ourselves
- Our teams
- Nature
- Our wellbeing

It doesn’t have to be big.
- Step outside for 10 minutes.
- Stretch between meetings.
- Put your phone away and check in with a colleague — for real.

At Treat Your Staff, we believe that wellness starts with small moments of awareness and kindness — at work, at home, and in between.

So wherever you are today, we’re inviting you to take one mindful step closer to feeling well, connected, and human.

💭 How are you reconnecting today? Drop it in the comments or tag us in your moment of pause 💙

"He’s always calm.”
“He never complains.”
“He seems fine.”

Men are often praised for being the ""strong, silent types"" at work — but silence isn’t always a sign of strength. Sometimes, it’s a sign of burnout, isolation, or just not knowing how to ask for help.

🧠 1 in 8 men in the UK experience a mental health condition, and yet men are far less likely to reach out.

So what can we do?
- Start normalising real answers to “How are you?”
- Be the kind of teammate who listens without fixing
- Encourage breaks, connection, and conversation
- And remember: wellbeing doesn’t look the same for everyone

This Men’s Health Week, let’s check in — not just once, but often.

It’s Time We Talk About Men's Health

Did you know that half of all men in the UK experience mental health struggles at some point, yet many still feel they can't speak up? 🙊

At Treat Your Staff, we're committed to smashing the stigma around men's health. Here’s why it matters:

🔹 Mental Health: Almost a third of men are unsure where to seek help when they're struggling mentally. It's vital we create supportive workplaces where men feel comfortable to openly share their feelings without fear of judgement.

🔹 Relationships & Health: 50% of men say that sexual function problems have impacted their relationship.

🔹 Generational Gap: Older generations often find it difficult to discuss health openly. Encouraging open, empathetic conversations across all ages is essential to building trust and improving health outcomes for everyone.

Let's break down barriers together and encourage openness—because men’s health matters to us all. 💪🗣️

"It's International Men's Health Week (9th-15th June)

Men talk. We just need to give them the space to.

As part of our campaign, we’re bringing you a powerful new episode of the Treat Your Staff podcast — this time, with Chris Pinner, founder of Innerfit and a true advocate for breaking burnout culture and championing emotional wellbeing.

In this episode, Chris gets real about:
- The toll of high-performance burnout
- Why it’s not weak to say ""I’m not okay""
- Building emotional fitness (not just physical)
- And how workplace culture can actually support men’s mental health — not suppress it

Men often stay silent when it matters most. This episode is a reminder that real strength? It starts with a conversation.

💡 If you’ve ever brushed off the question “How are you?” with “Yeah, I’m fine” — this one’s for you.

🏳️‍🌈 HELLO PRIDE! Let's celebrate the most colourful month of the year! 🏳️‍🌈

Pride at work is more than celebration. It’s about visibility, allyship, and creating a workplace where LGBTQ+ employees feel safe, seen, and valued — every day.

You don’t need a huge budget to make Pride meaningful. Sometimes, it’s the smallest gestures that build the strongest sense of belonging 💬

✨ Want to celebrate with purpose this June?
We’ve shared some creative, budget-friendly ways to honour Pride in the workplace — from allyship workshops to Pride walls, pronoun sessions, and lunchtime learning events.

Because inclusion isn’t a campaign — it’s a culture.

Why Pride at Work Matters Pride Month is more than rainbow flags and colourful logos—it’s about visibility, solidarity, and creating truly inclusive workplaces. For employers and HR leaders, it’s a chance to show LGBTQ+ colleagues that they are seen, supported, and valued. But meaningful celeb...

Different backgrounds. Shared breakroom. One team.
Today is World Day for Cultural Diversity — a moment to pause, celebrate, and remember that workplaces thrive when different voices, traditions, and perspectives come together.

At Treat Your Staff, we believe wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s about creating space where everyone feels safe, valued, and represented.

🗣 Diversity at work isn’t just about who’s in the room — it’s also:
- Sharing meals from different cultures
- Acknowledging different holidays
- Offering wellbeing support that works across backgrounds
- Encouraging dialogue, not assumptions

Because true wellbeing includes belonging.
So today, let’s:
- Celebrate our colleagues’ cultures
- Listen without judgement
- Start conversations that build connection

And remember — every voice adds something worth hearing.

Happy International HR Day to the real MVPs of the workplace.
From onboarding awkward first days to navigating wellness, burnout, payroll, policies, and “Can we have a football table in the office?”... HR handles it all 👏

But behind every policy is a person who genuinely cares — about people, culture, connection, and yes, wellbeing too.

So today, we’re raising a coffee mug ☕ to the HR legends who:
- Bring balance to the chaos
- Understand that mental health isn’t just a buzzword
- Keep teams supported, seen, and safe
- Advocate for wellbeing initiatives like chair massages, yoga at work, and proper lunch breaks

HR, you’re more than just people-people. You’re the culture architects. The secret glue. The ones making the workplace work.

Tag your favourite HR hero and tell them they're doing an incredible job 💬
Or better yet… book them a massage.💆🏻‍♀

This beat stress by regulating your nervous system. Try This Unexpected 3-Minute Trick 🧠✨

Try this, step by step - only takes 3 minutes and helps immediately to calm body & mind:

Name 5 things you see.
Name 4 things you can touch.
Name 3 things you hear.
Name 2 things you can smell.
Name 1 thing you can taste.

It’s called the 5-4-3-2-1 — and it helps your brain stop spiraling by anchoring you in the now.

If you prefer a simpler tool, you can always go to everyone's fav technique.

These techniques are perfect for when:
• Emails won’t stop
• You’re overthinking a meeting
• Stress is messing with your focus

🧠 Your nervous system can’t panic and be present at the same time.
Try it. It’s like CPR for your attention span.
