Wonderful to have 43 meditators at this morning’s 15-Minute Meditations Course.
Today we did a meditation specific to improving sleep.
It is so powerful to meditate with a warm-hearted group of people. I know it takes a strong intention to get up extra early… it is 100% worth it!
The purpose of the course is to help you SEE for yourself how easy it is to incorporate meditation into your life and FEEL what a huge difference it makes to your day!
