As the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, many of us can feel our mood dip. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that typically happens in the winter months, and it can have a big impact on how we feel – both mentally and physically. 🌧️

If you’re finding it harder to stay motivated, focus, or even get out of bed, you’re not alone. SAD can drain your energy and affect productivity at work or in daily life. 🧠

💡 Remember, SAD doesn’t have to control your life. With the right strategies and support, you can manage it and regain your energy.

Feeling overwhelmed by noise, bright lights, or busy spaces? Sensory overload is more common than you might think and often mistaken for being ‘moody’ or ‘irritable.’

Think about your everyday life. Being in crowded places, loud sounds, constant screens. For many, these can all trigger sensory overload.

If this sounds familiar, try small changes like noise-canceling headphones, tinted glasses, or taking quiet sensory breaks.

Protecting your senses is essential self-care💛
