When my joint pain was at its absolute worst, I would sometimes spend two hours lying on a foam roller in the morning. Two hours!
It wasn’t just relief—it was survival. That foam roller became my lifeline, releasing tension from tight muscles, and helping me get through the flare-up.
Massage has been a game-changer for me too. I still go for them regularly, and it’s one of my favorite ways to support my joints and feel amazing afterward.
Here’s the thing:
Massage isn’t just about feeling relaxed. For RA, it can:
• Release tight muscles and fascia
• Improve circulation and blood flow
• Reduce inflammation and stiffness in your joints
You don’t always need a massage therapist. Foam rolling is a simple, at-home solution that works wonders when you’re in a tough spot.
If your joints are screaming, don’t wait—give them some TLC.
