Men’s Health Week 2025 💬🙌

This Men’s Health Week, we’re shining a spotlight on the importance of supporting men’s physical and mental health. It is important to consider not only nutrition and fitness, but also wider aspects of our life like stress, sleep and self-care.

As the BDA London Branch, we’re also committed to championing diversity in our profession. That includes supporting more men in dietetics, breaking down stigma around men’s health conversations, and helping build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
