Why I Became a Nutrition Therapist.
Resolving my own health concerns through optimal nutrition and lifestyle modifications ignited a passion within me. At some point, I tried various diets, only to find they exacerbated the situation.
This experience fueled my determination to learn more, leading me to formal education in the field.
As a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, my approach goes beyond calorie counting or strict food lists.
Passionate about helping women find peace with their eating habits while achieving their optimal weight without drastic diets, I've crafted healthy, and fuss-free solutions.
I believe in cultivating healthy and balanced eating habits in a flexible and motivating way, leading to long-lasting results.
