What a beautiful morning here at Mystic in the Moon Crystals HQ. Spring is amongst us, the song of the birds is magical at Sunrise.

Last night I had the pleasure of the company of a White Owl who lives around here, she was calling out last night to all who would listen.

This morning I had the pleasure to watch a circle of crows flying with each other above my garden.

I greeted my Alder tree and saw his buds greener than yesterday. The Wheel is turning, all is well, and the warmth from the Sun shall be upon us increasingly.

So with that being said, here on these beautiful Isles of Albion, the calender used to be the Tree Calender.

On the 18th March, the Month turns to that of the Alder. The Month would be known back then as FEARN and would last until 15th April.
The sacred stone associated with the mighty Alder is the Garnet. Th element is Fire.

Hail to all friends. It is a cloudy morning here at Mystic in the Moon. However the birds are still singing their songs, the wheel keeps turning.

I feel inspired to post a little note to whomever cares to read or whomever needs to read.

We are going through some crazy times in the World, bad news seems to be everywhere.
We are saturated with social media, but yet have never been so lonely.
My personal feeling is its because social media, or digital devices keep us separated from each other. It keeps us individualised. Yes of course it's extremely important to be an individual, but it is as equally important to be part of a community. Like times of old.

You needed to be part of a community to get access to bread, food, blacksmith, butcher, cobbler, Spiritual leader etc.

So speaking of times of old, the Celts practised Magic, they knew that us Humans shared this Earth with many other different Life forms such as, Trees, Fairies, Gnomes, Sylphs, Ondines, Salamanders, etc etc known collectively as the Elementals.

The old Celtic ways of contacting the forces of nature, always first came with a deep reverence & love of this beautiful planet and HER existence as a living breathing entity.

Her names are many, but sticking with Celtic theme lets call her Dana.

The connection that exists between you & Dana is immeasurable, she birthed you and breaths you on her womb, her home, her back. Yet in the same token you have never been so far away from her.

This is in my opinion the most likely cause of loneliness and a feeling of not belonging.

So, lets get back to the old ways. The Celts of old would find allies amongst the elementals, or if you prefer..nature.

Find a plant, a rock, a tree, a bird a crystal, and silently ask it mind to mind to be your friend, your Ally. You will surprised at how the entity you have chosen will be most delighted to work with you, to aid you on your turns around the Sun.

This friend you have chosen will send you messages not only in the waking world but also in your dream state.
This starts to build the connection back to Dana, back to the Earth Goddess. It is real and natural. It is your birth rite.

Once you start the process, you will KNOW that you are part of something so beautiful, so full of Love that that feeling of loneliness melts away.

Because you are a child of the Cosmos, you have the stardust in your body right now.

You are here to change the world, you are wanted and you are so loved.

For reference the tree I've posted is an Alder Tree, this Tree Entity has shown it wants to work with me. I am excited and blessed to be connected with the Alder.
The Alder Tree represents Bran. Bran means Raven in Welsh. Bran is the Patron of all Corvidae, so Crows, Ravens, Magpies, Jackdaws etc.
By working with Alder, I now have allies in the guise of the birds managed above. Instantly I am connected to all of it, I am in their family where ever in the World I go

Stunning Beautiful Powdery Baby Blue Calcite Egg.

The Celts lived by the Wheel of the Year which featured 8 Sacred Sabbats. One of which is Ostara. This happens at the Spring Equinox. The Goddess for this time of year is called Eostre.

She represents Spring, New beginnings, Abundance, Fertility of the land. The Egg is also mentioned along side the Merlin Legends in tales of Magic. As well as a Serpents Egg mentioned in tales of the Druids. In parts of Cornwall, Wales and Scotland prehistoric beads of Blue & Green Glass, sometimes carved and inlaid with white paste are known as "Snakestones". In Ireland they are known as Druids Glass.
The Egg shape importance predates Christian Times.

The Druids spoke of the Universe being hatched from two Eggs, As did the Ancient Syrians.
So has we can see the Shape, wisdom, and the history of the Egg is so incredibly important to Humans. Its knowledge passed down in tales, myths and legends to keep it in the Human Subconscious.

I chose Blue Calcite One, for its Beautiful Blue Cloudy Colours mentioned by the Druids of old.
Two, because of the wonderful Metaphysical properties that Blue Calcite holds.

Blue is always a colour Associated with the Virgin Mary, Gaia, Dana just to name but a few. In fact the Earth Energy that runs through England known as the Mary line is represented by the colour Blue.
It is a holy healing extremely special Colour.
