Join me at The Beacon Centre in Harrow for a nourishing blend of yoga, breathwork, and wellbeing practices designed to support both body and soul.

These small group classes focus on mindful movement, combining Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga with elements of sound healing and the gentle use of essential oils to enhance relaxation and presence.

Whether you're seeking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, ease aches and pains, or reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, yoga can support you on your journey.

All levels and abilities are welcome.

🌿 Join Our Community of Yogis – All Levels Welcome! 🌿

Step onto your mat and take a break from the busyness of life. My Wednesday evening (7-8pm), or Friday morning (10-11am) yoga class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect. Through a blend of Hatha, Slow Flows, and Yin Yoga, we’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and invite deep relaxation.

An easy healthy snack for that cosy Sunday afternoon vibe.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of Popcorn maize
3tbsp of coconut oil
Sprinkle of cinnamon and xylitol to taste

Method:
Heat coconut oil in a deep based pan. Once melted, add popcorn maize and cover with a lid. Popping will commence. Once popping is reduce to several seconds in between remove from the heat. Pour contents into a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon and xylitol to taste.
