✨ Calling all coaches and coaches in training ✨

Many of you know my work as an executive coach and business & positive psychologist is about helping leaders and organisations grow with purpose. As part of my continued dedication to strengthening our profession, I’m now also focusing on supporting coaches themselves through supervision.

I’m really excited to share that I’m currently working towards my EMCC- and ICF-accredited Coaching Supervision credential. As part of this journey, I’m opening up five “pay as you wish” supervision slots — and I’m also offering two pro bono places for those in real need of supervision support right now.

Why might you want to work with me?

1️⃣ Your hours count – The time you spend in supervision with me is fully recognised by ICF, EMCC, and AoC towards your CPD and credentialing. So you’re growing your practice while ticking the right boxes for your professional journey.

2️⃣ I already supervise – I’ve been supporting coaches and coaching conversation practitioners for a while now, helping them to reflect, grow, and bring more depth into their practice.

3️⃣ I’m a coach too – As a seasoned coach, I know how important it is to have a space that’s not just about learning new tools, but about form, norm, and restore (to borrow Hawkins’ words). A space where you can recharge, think out loud, and leave feeling resourced.

4️⃣ We can work in your language – Whether you feel most at home in English, French, Spanish, or Chinese, I can offer supervision in the language that best supports you.

🌿 And if you’re wondering why supervision matters: professional bodies like EMCC, ICF, and AoC all recognise it as an essential part of our profession. It’s about reflective practice, ethical assurance, accountability, and having a safe space to keep learning and growing — so we can serve our clients at our very best.

For me, supervision isn’t just a requirement. It’s a chance to pause, breathe, and grow as a coach — to make sure you’re supported while you support others.

📩 If this sounds like something you’d like to explore, just drop me a message here on Facebook or email me at work@sokhotrinh.

🌟 Two pro bono places are available for those in real need of supervision support.

🎤 I’m honoured to be co-leading the Work & Wellbeing: Good Work Conference at University of Roehampton with the brilliant Dr Markieta Domecka.

Markieta is a leading sociologist of work and employment and Senior Lecturer at Roehampton Business School. Her research explores employment, unpaid labour, precarity and inequality — through the vital lens of class, gender, and ethnicity.

She’s widely published in top journals like Human Relations and Work, Employment and Society, and recently co-authored The Politics of Unpaid Labour (Oxford University Press), spotlighting how invisible work shapes inequality today.

Markieta will also be one of our featured panellists on the day, offering grounded insight into what “Good Work” really means.

What makes this collaboration so meaningful is that we both deeply care about creating spaces where research, practice, and purpose come together to do good in the world.

And just like that…
it’s a wrap.

What an unforgettable weekend filled with deep emotions, warm hugs, loud laughter, and even a few happy tears.

Our 15-year IE IMBA reunion brought together friends I now call family, flying in from every corner of the globe.

Who would have imagined that 15 years later, we’d be where we are, who we are, and how we are today?

But one thing I know for sure, after this incredible weekend of reconnection and reflection, is this: I have changed for good.

To mark the moment, I’m sharing something close to my heart—a performance of “For Good” from Wicked. A song that says everything I feel right now.

🌍 Proud. Honored. Inspired.

As a proud alumnus of IE Business School it is deeply meaningful to give back to a community that shaped my own journey. During this Global Alumni Weekend—marking my 15-year MBA graduation anniversary—I will have the privilege of mentoring a brilliant cohort of IE Foundation Fellows.

These exceptional students are not only academic standouts but also emerging leaders determined to make a difference in the world.

A heartfelt thank you to the IE Foundation for creating such meaningful opportunities for these bright minds—and to Gonzalo Garland Executive Vice-President of the IE Foundation, for the kind invitation to contribute as a mentor.

What better way to celebrate this milestone than by helping ignite the next generation of positive leaders?

Merry Christmas and Warmest Wishes!

As the festive season is here, I want to take a moment to share my heartfelt gratitude for all the connections and moments that have brightened this year. To everyone who’s made a difference in my journey—thank you.

My 7-year-old and I are sharing a little family photo to spread some Christmas cheer. Our beloved Samba the teddy stepped in for my camera-shy spouse, adding a touch of playful charm!

Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful and peaceful Christmas filled with love and warmth.

Live with purpose and passion.

Warmly,
Sok-Ho
