ACTO

ACTO ACTO seeks to promote all that is best in online therapy.

06/11/2024

Pippa Copleston, an ACTO board member, is a psychotherapist, graduating from The Minster Centre with an MA in 2003.

Pippa is presenting at this year's ACTO conference - this Saturday, 9 November.

Pippa will give an overview of how contemporary counselling and psychotherapy has evolved from roots in Freudian psychoanalysis. Evolution of theory, safe and ethical online practice and the consequent global reach that we can now offer, relies on transferable skills as well as the acquisition of new ones.

We are working in exciting times, and continuous adaptations to our fundamental ways of working are important in current practice.

💬 "I don't know where to start". It's a sentiment we probably all think of at times, especially when it comes to technology.

When it comes to adapting technology into your practice, there is however no one-size-fits-all solution.

➡ Technology needs are personal to each person and will differ for everyone.

➡ Therapy styles are different and not every digital tool will fit your practice.

That’s why PlaySpace CEO, Matt Cohen, is presenting at the ACTO Conference on Saturday November 9 to help you tailor your approach with flexible, intuitive tools. Whether you’re looking for interactive games, secure virtual playrooms, or simple ways to keep clients engaged, this session is designed to help navigate the digital landscape of digital tools and find the ones that feel right for you and your clients.

Join us to expand your digital toolkit!
