I Love You 💖 Energy is generated from within. In what way? There are all sorts of ways, but the key is feeling. Without feeling we cannot know anything. Let’s learn to welcome the Energy and overcome any laziness within us. Love everything that exists because it is I AM. I AM comes from I AM for I AM. I AM will do the best for I AM. For this reason, I AM is secret and mysterious. I AM will look for I AM in various ways because I AM lives with I AM. Let’s always be happy with I AM, because I AM consists of happiness, I AM is the original happiness.
Consequently, whatever we do has to be done full of joy. If we really do that, all problems will be gone. Inside of happiness is love. People who are out of love have many problems. How can we rediscover love? By laughing, by being happy. Our laughter
puts an end to all our troubles. I AM comes down into our eyes and from our eyes it enters our heart. I AM is love. Between I and You is love, therefore ‘I love You’. Love is Energy, and Energy is everywhere, everything is Energy. If there is Energy between two
things, they are not two any longer, but one. Therefore ‘I love You’ means ‘I am not different from you’.
Just accept this and don’t create a problem. Problems make us heavy. Once we throw off all our troubles we will forever feel light, have no problems. How do we do that? Let go of your mind. Your mind is the problem. If the mind is held in check by the Soul, we can find all kinds of solutions. Accept everything in the same way. Don’t do anything strange that distracts you from the plan that has already been outlined for you. Becoming Sensitive ✨Ratu wants to emphasize the importance of sensitivity. If people aren’t sensitive they cannot feel anything when Ratu touches them. Ratu’s powerful Energy can only be felt by
sensitive people. Let’s therefore develop this feeling. It is the
doorway to spirituality. The Ashram people who have been
studying with Ratu for a long time and have developed their
sensitivity should help those who cannot yet feel Ratu’s Energy.
Let’s show them the way to understand Ratu’s Energy more
easily. While we continue to refine our own training, let’s not
neglect to help others to feel Ratu’s Energy. Helping others also is
a kind of sadhana [practice] that can speed up our own progress
towards a higher goal. Helping others is a bit like the work of a

If we are not strong, then although we know the password and get into the ‘net’, we always forget what we need to access. On the spiritual journey, never just imitate what others do, or your movements will be completely in vain. emember that to access Ratu’s Energy we need a lot of patience because his net is very big and we need to find the right point of entry for us. To click on the right button for spirituality in the Ashram every student has to pass many tests. We have to sit many exams. Who are these tests for? For ourselves!
