💭I often reflect on my day in the evening, I ask myself questions like;

▪️Have I hydrated enough?
▪️Did I drink too much caffeine is that why I feel more anxious today?
▪️Have I given my body enough vitamins through my food I have consumed?
▪️Did I sleep enough the night before?

If I answer no to myself then I think of ways I can improve the next day. Not every day is the same in fact being a mum myself everyday Is very different. Just small adjustments can make a massive difference. Be kind to yourself and avoid any fad dieting advise this side of the new year 🙏🏼

Ask yourself;

▪️What does your daily routine look like?
▪️Does your overall day feel balanced ?
▪️Is there anything you would change or do differently ?

I love savoury breakfasts deffinatley never been a sweet tooth. I like to experiment every morning with different vegetables and spices to make it more enjoyable 🥑 lots of healthy omega 3 in this morning. What’s your favourite breakfast ? ⤵️

Check out my kale and broccoli Thai green curry recipe 🥦🥬🍚

Great alternative to meat! Good spicy kick too, added oat milk to make it creamy and then let it simmer to reduce and become thicker.
