Pelvic organ prolapse is one of the most misunderstood things I see women panic about online 👀 (I was one of them after being diagnosed and then Googling).

So let’s squash a few myths:

❌ “Your organs are falling out”
❌ “Kegels fix everything”
❌ “You’d definitely know if you had one”
❌ “You should stop exercising”

The reality?
Prolapse is common, symptoms vary wildly, and having a prolapse doesn’t automatically mean dysfunction, pain, or surgery.

A lot of women also have some degree of prolapse and never even know 🤍

This carousel breaks down what’s actually happening anatomically, what symptoms do (and don’t) mean, and why fear-based messaging around prolapse helps nobody.

My work bridges the gap between rehabilitation and traditional gym classes, offering a thoughtful, progressive approach to movement that meets you where you are.

Whether you’re newly postpartum, returning after injury, or feeling disconnected from your body, working with me is about creating a safe, supportive pathway back to confident movement.

Some mornings, the grief hits me hard. 💛

Yesterday after training, I left feeling strong… but then I sobbed.

I sobbed for the guilt I still carry about Monty’s birth in 2019, the anger, the sadness, the moments I had no voice, the things I didn’t know then.

I realised I need to forgive myself.
But I haven’t yet. And that’s ok.

Forgiveness is slow. Messy. Healing takes time, in our hearts and in our bodies.

If you haven’t forgiven yourself yet, you’re not failing. You’re healing.

Every tear, every reflection, every small step counts. 💛
