doTERRA Air™ is one of my everyday staples, and here’s how I love to use it:

🚿 In the morning: I add a few drops to the shower floor for an invigorating boost.
🏃‍♀️ Before heading outside: I apply it for a cooling, enlivening sensation.
🌙 At night: I keep it on my nightstand and apply it to my chest, back, or feet before bed to calm my senses.

Running my own business means I need support throughout the day, which is why I always keep Deep Blue™ Stick and Copaiba Touch close by. 💙

Geranium is one of my go-to oils for glowing skin and floral self-care.

This creamy, protein-packed dip is one of my go-to snacks, and I’ve been giving it a little upgrade with EO Mega™+! With added omegas and a subtle citrus twist, this hummus is as nourishing as it is delicious.

Here’s how I make it:
💛 1 EO Mega™+ Sachet
💛 1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
💛 2 tbsp tahini
💛 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
💛 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
💛 1 clove garlic, minced
💛 1/2 tsp ground cumin
💛 Salt to taste

I blend everything until it’s smooth and creamy, then serve it with warm pita, or crunchy veggies, or even spread it in a sandwich – so good!
