We look forward to welcoming you to our eclectic mix of in person and zoom sessions.  On Wednesday 16th April MFC brings you the Dragon Café in the City project in collaboration with Shoe Lane Library and the City of London.

Sorry to have to announce that this coming Friday's yoga and sound bath session at Tooting Lido studio has had to be cancelled. Full refunds are being issued.
Anne Marie and I will be back as soon as we can! We are seeking an equally magical venue....
