Your evening routine could be the key to brighter mornings!

Tonight's challenge:
✔ Wind down 30 minutes earlier. Allow yourself to transition smoothly rather than crash in bed
✔ Enjoy a calm moment before bedtime. Turn all volumes down, and look out the horizon or the sky.
✔ Breathe in deeply into your belly, 10 times, eyes closed
✔ Do gentle neck, lower back, and leg stretches for 5 minutes
✔ Reflect and remember just one good thing that happened today and made you smile

You'll be amazed how small changes can boost your mood the next day!

I always say is for the living, NOT for the DEAD 😅😅😅 Ya gotta sleep to WIN, Coach Walz! Lol. Sleeping even only 1 less hour than you need, is equivalent to being drunk in terms of symptoms and behaviour. Don't listen to coach Walz if you want to sleep well 😅😂😂😂 Instead, talk to me if you're looking for a sleep coach! 💤😴

The ONLY time I'll approve sleeping all day is... over the year-end holidays! 😆 Otherwise you know the drill... Anchor your wake time, same day, every day, even weekends! Even if you had a late night... you'll thank me later for getting better sleep by regulating your circadian rhythm. Also go outsiiiiide! Get natural daylight exposure to boost your vitamin D. That helps too.
