We want to hold the space for you to learn and share yoga in small groups and a warm, personal and allowing environment. Yes, yoga is about doing postures – but most of all it is an approach to life. nd of more embodied yoga, Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutics and Yin yoga. Each class always has a clear intention that guides the type of movements and theme for music, poems etc. We adapt the intention & theme to the season of the year, tuning into the wisdom in nature to align with the qualities present at the time, as well as balancing them i.e more warming practices during a period of colder weather etc. We teach in english and swedish. All classes start with a warm up followed by a series of yoga postures with a specific intention. We end with a closing meditation and deep relaxation. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring your own yoga mat, or borrow one from us!
