The purpose of the photographic tasks in the workshop is multifaceted.

Connecting with the body or part of the body, giving attention (and energy: love) to a certain part of the body - we just use many parts of the body, without paying attention to them. A lot of people are not even aware of their body or parts of it.
Recognizing, valuing, accepting, loving... the process is both mental and energetic one.

You also develop a feeling for how others perceive you, that is, what you communicate to the environment, how you affect your environment - this is very often significantly different than what women think about themselves and their appearance.

And the important thing is that certain parts of the body, or zones on the body, are directly connected with different aspects of human life and we can use them for analysis, but also for transformation.
For example: our legs carry us forward through life, but they also give us agility and the ability to maneuver, they cross or jump over obstacles.
Or: the abdomen, or more precisely the organs in the abdomen, serve to process and transform energy, exchange matter and energy, convert what has entered us into something else, incorporate it into us, and throw out the excess, release harmful substances (energy)... or retain what is actually not good for us.
A woman is a multidimensional being.

Have fun while observing and photographing your body, create a presentation or some form of recognition that celebrates, shows admiration and gratitude for a particular part of the body.

It is very powerful to photograph the body 'raw', naked, as it is naturally at a given moment. But the creation process, which includes make-up, accessories, scene, lights, is also very empowering.

Some ladies sent me ingenious artistic photos, some very fun and creative, some sent phenomenally erotic photos.

I'll remind you again: you don't have to send me your photos, this is your process and it's important that you feel free to engage and play with yourself, your body, without shame and without fear, feel free to exclude me from your process.

In holographic healing, the session time may vary (unlike a dedicated individual treatment) depending on when the ritual began, how long it lasted, when it was your turn... The ritual itself may also have a slightly different form and content.
