Regular group classes of world-wide popular Yoga In Daily Life® system, fitness workouts and various active events (such as dancing) provide physical activity essential to keep your flowing, strengthen your body and your immune system. Use them to restore and maintain your health.

Individual TREATMENTS are revitalization therapies that may solve some ACUTE issues, ease pain and energize your body, supporting healing process of malicious, difficult and chronic situations. Again, they are very useful for regular maintenance too, your , , health, beauty and .
What makes our different and efficient is conscious use of various energetic techniques. We love to see results. So if you just keep going to your (and spending money), but nothing really changes, maybe you should consider trying out our services.
We offer different energetic Massage Therapies, targeting different areas or whole body, and Relaxing Massage (Avslappning).

Other treatments - such as Energetic Therapy - are available only after consultations and/or as a part of Systemic and healing procedures. In case of CHRONIC and malevolent life-threatening conditions, we recommend our Life Coaching.
After the consultation, you will be presented with the suggested procedure for your healing, which may include some regular group activities and individual treatments as well, but probably also some Systemic Coaching and sessions with Kumu Obi.
