The Yoga Festival 2025
September 5–7 | Örbyhus Slott, Uppland, Sweden
In the beautiful Orangery at Örbyhus Slott – just 45 minutes from Uppsala, 90 minutes from Stockholm.

The Yoga Festival returns for its 5th year with a full weekend of movement, stillness, learning, and connection.
This year’s theme is: “Strength from the Inside Out.”

We invite you to reconnect with a strength that endures and does not fade in the face of challenge or change.
You’ll be guided by experienced yoga therapists and teachers through workshops and practices that offer grounding, insight, and space to simply be.

The Festival Includes:
Gentle and grounding movement for all levels
Breathwork, meditation & deep rest
Research-based yoga therapy lectures
Ayurvedic vegetarian lunches (Saturday & Sunday)
Plenty of space to rest, wander, or simply be
Informal talks, community time, and stalls

New this year! Every Festival Pass participant can book a free 1:1 Yoga Therapy session with Urban OM’s yoga therapists.
