Premenstrual, some muscle pain from yesterday's workout and generally the weather ...is what it is.
Yet I'm here!

Getting the heart rate up. Being kind to myself, just sretched my back on the big bal and no goals to set today.

And I know, the day looks a bit brighter , the food will taste better, I'm gonna enjoy the SAUNA A LOT!
