Hey, did you know that a fear of not being good enough is the number one reason people don’t take the leap and sign up for a yoga teacher training?
That’s the same exact reason people don’t come to yoga class! You know, the people who say are too stiff to try yoga?

If you are considering a YTT but hesitant - just know that you ARE good enough! And you may never feel like you’re ready. I can’t speak for others but in this teacher training, being curious and open is enough. Entertaining the idea that you might teach is enough. Trying your best is enough. Being yourself is enough.
