Moving to another country also means learning a new language. One of the challenges that comes with emigration. Sometimes it feels like we're really improving and a day later it might feel like there is no progress whatsoever. But hey, that's life, right? The trick for us is to enjoy and trust the proces while not taking ourselves to seriously. In the end it is as hard as we let it be.

This is Igor, he facilitates a big part of our retreats at Bright View. In this video he talks about the impact that Qigong (sometimes written as qi gong or chi kung) has had on his life. As a teenager he was dealing with chronic fatigue. When he started doing qigong things really started to change, for the better.

Jaaaaa! Daar gaan we weer! Biodyneren op de boerderij!
Vorig jaar hadden we 2 supervette uitverkochte avonden in de koeienstal van de Grote Wiede. En dit jaar maken we het samen met die heerlijke Eva van nog dynamischer! Bij mooi weer zitten we in de boomgaard aan lange tafels en zijn er tussen de gangen door korte rondleidingen over de boerderij. Feeeeeestje! 🥳
