Monthly meditation, reflection and deep rest

Imagine giving yourself one gentle Sunday each month, a full hour just for you, to pause, breathe, reflect, and rest. A Year of Gentle Sundays is an online course created to guide you through a full year of self-care and inner presence. Each session combines meditation, reflection/journaling, and the deep relaxation ‘yoga nidra’, allowing you to slow down, reconnect, and recharge, no matter how busy life feels.

Every month we explore a new theme that touches both everyday life and the inner world:
Work & Purpose – finding balance and meaning in your day-to-day life
Relationships – deepening connection with yourself and others
Self-Love – meeting yourself with kindness and acceptance
Dreams & Desire – listening to your hopes and inspirations
Stress & Rest – learning to rest consciously and release tension
Creativity & Play – opening space for joy, curiosity, and inspiration
…and more themes across the year, including gratitude, letting go, boundaries, and coming home to yourself. Each session is gentle and accessible – no previous experience with meditation or yoga nidra is needed.

This is not about doing more, but about creating space, once a month, to pause, reflect, and reset. A small, consistent practice that supports you throughout the year.

Where: Online zoom
When: One Sunday a month, 1 hour per session 19:30 – 20:30 CET.
February 8, March 8, April 19, May 10, June 14, August 16, September 20, October 18, November 8 and December 6.
Investment: 2600 SEK (260 Euro) 2200 SEK (220 Euro) for current yoga students and alumni of my online courses if you sign up before January 26.
