Come join us, Maria and Bjørn Løken at Picaflor Life Energy, for a magical inner and outer journey in Norway's Peru, Oldedalen, Vestlandet to the tones of Gongs and Crystal instruments and through Qigong! ❤🎶 We´re really looking forward to returning to the Blue Mountain Hall in Oldedalen in May for the seventh time to give three workshops/courses, starting off with the Energy Medicine Workshop "Nustas Karpay", 3-6 May. ❤ Surrounded by the deeply healing and powerful mountains, beautiful waterfalls and ice glaciers that carry memories since the beginning of time, we will give you the seven Nustas rites - energy transmissions that have been brought to the western world by the shamans of the Q'ero indians in Peru, descendants of the Inkas.
The Nustas rites help you remember how to walk here on earth softly and in beauty, following the rhythms and cycles in nature and in yourself, your inner nature. They help you open up your heart, to see the beauty in yourself and in everyone and everything around you. To love every part of yourself to be able to love everybody and all that surrounds you. To find your unique vibration of the original source of love and let it spread out in the world.
"Nustas" is the collective name of the princesses/goddesses that are bearers of the original life force and "Karpay means "rite/initiation".
We will give you the rites through guided Gong Meditations, Qi Gong movements, Crystal Sound Meditations and beautiful ceremonies in the magical nature of Oldedalen among waterfalls and high mountains. The tones of the Gongs and Crystal instruments enter on cellular level and help clear away possible blockings; they create balance and harmony and transfer the energy frequencies to you. The Qigong helps you to open up your heart and feel the oneness with the different elements in nature and the whole universe. It consists of soft, beautiful, slow and powerful movements made with a specific concentration for each movement. We practice to the tones of Gongs and Crystal instruments which deepen and strengthen the energetic processes.
We will do the energy work both indoors in the beautiful nature shala and outdoors, walking in ceremony to different power places by the Melkevoll Ice Glacier, the mountains and the waterfalls doing meditations/initiations.

LEADERS OF THE WORKSHOP: Bjørn Løken and Maria Løken. Bjørn is a professional musician, Professor Emeritus of Percussion at the Norwegian Academy of Music, a sound healer, a shaman and a certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga. Maria Løken is a sound healer, a shaman, a certified instructor of Medical Qi Gong according to the Biyun method and the creator of Soul Journey Qi Gong 1-3.

DATES AND TIMES: 3-6 May 2026. We start at 13.00 on Sunday. Check-in will be in connection with dinner. There will be evening work after dinner too on Sunday. On Monday and Tuesday we start at 9.00 and finish some time between 20 and 21 depending on the processes in the group and what is coming from the universe. On Wednesday we start at 9 and finish at 16.00. Check-out is at 12 at the latest so we will have lunch outdoors if the weather allows it or in the cafeteria.

To secure a spot on the workshop you pay a registration fee of 1500 NOK. These 1500 NOK will later be deducted from the final bill. We will e-mail you Picaflor Life Energy's bank account number as soon as you have let us know that you wish to participate.
INVESTMENT: 8750 NOK. Early Bird Discount of 500 NOK until 1 February! The price includes the workshop, lodging in a double room and 3 hot meals. If you wish to have a single room in a big cabin, the total price is 9500 NOK. If you wish to live alone in a small cabin for two people, the total price is 11150 NOK. If you wish to camp in your own tent or camper, the total price is 8600 NOK.
