Hello Dear Friends,
As fall is soon upon us - and a return to work or studies for many of us...and a time of what can be a transition from what might have perhaps been a hectic summer with children, family, guests and travel, with perhaps little time for yourself - I would like to invite you to the following two group drop-in classes before the end of August to support you in your inner resourcing for the new season of life ahead:
"A Return to Yourself": A practice in Lovingkindness
Tuesday August 22 (14.00 - 15.00 CET; online)
"Remembering Gratefulness": A practice in Gratitude
Tuesday August 29 (14.00 - 15.00 CET; online)
No experience necessary to join; just an open heart and open mind ❤️
Each class will consist of a check-in, talk, meditation and q&a.
