Weather is getting warmer🌤
And we’re excited to start offering some of our classes outdoors when the weather allows! 🌿

Training outside is a great way to enjoy the fresh air while moving mindfully. Just make sure to come prepared with anything you might need to stay comfortable, like a sweater, socks, sunscreen, a hat, or whatever suits you best.
